Due to the ongoing uncertainty linked to the COVID-19 pandemic, UEFA has been unable to re-start ticket sales for EURO 2020 and are expected to announce further information about any future ticket sales in March.
As a result of the pandemic, and to reflect the 2021 tournament dates, UEFA has made changes to their ticketing terms and conditions, refund policy and privacy notification associated with the ticketing sales.
Full details of the updated ticketing terms and conditions, refund policy and privacy notification will be emailed by UEFA to all fans who have purchased ticket(s). It’s important to know that by retaining ticket(s), fans are agreeing to the updated terms.
If fans do not agree to be bound to the updated terms, or if they are no longer able to attend UEFA EURO 2020, tickets can be returned for a full refund of the ticket price from now until 26 January at 14:00 CET, by logging into their accounts at euro2020.com/tickets.
Finally, in the event that UEFA has to cancel a ticket order(s) as a result of a stadium capacity reduction or as a result of the match having to be played ‘behind closed doors’, the refund policy now specifies that fans will be entitled to receive a full refund of their ticket price.
