Supporter Information: Wales v Republic of Ireland

Wales meet the Repulic of Ireland at Cardiff City Stadium on Thursday, 6 September for a UEFA Nations League match that kicks off at 7:45pm.

As normal with international matches, the Spirit of ’58 stage will provide entertainment prior to kick.

For fans travelling by car, a Park & Ride service will operate from the car park located at Pierhead Street, Cardiff Bay (CF10 4PH). The parking charge is £4. Buses will run to the stadium from 5:15pm until 7:45pm and for 60 minutes after the final whistle.

There will also be a shuttle bus operating between Wood Street in the town centre and the stadium between the times stated above.

Coaches have been booked into the Stadium Coach Park for Thursday’s game and they will be given priority to leave promptly after the match. For enquiries on coach parking at future games, please contact Adam Gilliatt (adam.gilliatt@cardiffcityfc.co.uk) for more information.

Hen Wlad Fy Nhadau is once again being handed over to the fans when the teams come out for the anthems ahead of kick off. We’ll start you off in the stadium before we turn the music down for your passion to make the noise.

The stadium operates a 'Drink not Drunk' policy and anyone is too intoxicated will not be permitted entry.

It is urged that fans make every attempt to be in their seats by 7:00pm to show the Wales squad support when they come out onto the pitch for their pre-match warm-up.

For away fans travelling to Cardiff City Stadium, The Football Supporters Federation Cymru (FSF Cymru) have produced an online guide: http://www.fsf.org.uk/latest-news/view/croeso-i-gymru-a-guide-to-wales-for-visiting-fans
