FAW Amateur Trophy Round 3 Draw

The draw for Round 3 of this season's FAW Amateur Trophy has been made this afternoon at the FAW headquarters in Cardiff.

Goals from Zack Davies and Alun Parry and a man of the match performance from ‘keeper Jamie Griffiths saw Lex XI knock out reigning holders Cefn Albion on Friday night, and their reward is a home draw against Menai Bridge Tigers

Swansea Senior League side West End Rangers caused one of the other shocks of the Round in their 3-0 win over Welsh Football League side Ynysygerwn. A Sam Brown double and Rikki Hayden strike ensured the Rangers progress to Round 3. They will travel to Gwent in Round 3 to face former Cymru Premier champions Cwmbran Town, who beat Sully Sports 5-0 on Saturday.
