All Welsh entrants for European competitions were confirmed on Sunday (19 May) as Cardiff Met put past JD Welsh Premier League European Play-Off Final disappointments behind them to defeat Bala Town on penalties at Maes Tegid.
The Archers have booked themselves a place in the UEFA Europa League this summer following their 3-1 shoot-out win over Bala.
Bala had taken the lead through Henry Jones on 20 minutes before Eliot Evans equalised four minutes later.
The deadlock was nearly broken several times throughout the match but both teams saw their best efforts denied by the woodwork. As a result, penalties were required to separate the teams.
